Minden Community Food Centre: Community kitchen

As a society, we have become disconnected with our food. Many of us struggle to identify foods we should eat and those we should avoid. In addition, many lack the skills needed to prepare healthy food options for their families. Decisions are made on price and convenience rather than benefits. We believe that access to healthy food for all is a right.
Prepared meals are available for anyone who is ill, elderly or requires assistance with a home cooked meal. Reach out to enquire if you would like further details.
